PRIVACY POLICY MODEL FOR MOBILE APPLICATIONS
This privacy policy governs your use of the software application PrompterPal (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Sunshine Valley Systems. The Application is designed to be to function as a teleprompter. Text content is scrolled through the screen and controlled by the user. Author files, import and export files, upload and download files from a variety of cloud services. The teleprompter can be controlled remotely using other iOS devices, keyboards, DTMF, web page, audio remotes, AirTurn devices, and MIDI.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
No user information is transmitted to Sunshine Valley Systems.
File sharing services including Google Drive, Dropbox and iCloud Drive provide authentication directly. No information from these services is gathered by the Application.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
This information is used to create web server features such as the remote and file sharing web page. Information about the mobile device is used in composing emails to technical support. This information is not transmitted.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No information is shared by the Application unless specifically initiated by the user for file sharing purposes.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Information is only collected during use of the Application and for specific services that require the information.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
Sunshine Valley Systems does not have any access to any of your information within the Application. Email correspondence for technical support are archived and then deleted. No information from technical support emails are shared with third parties. Emails are responded to as needed for technical support and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Security
Any information provided to Sunshine Valley Systems for technical support is deleted after use. The user should take necessary precautions to protect the information on their device and information they have entered into the Application. Including the use of pass codes on their device and encrypting their backups if the device contains sensitive data. The Application does not provide any pass code or encryption for data.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to terms as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
